Relief Society Broadcast

The Relief Society Broadcast will be held on September 24th at the Jewell Building. There will be a dinner at 5:00 p.m. and the broadcast will be at 6:00 p.m. During dinner there will be a slideshow presentation showing all fo the service that has been done for the Jeffco Action Center throughout the stake. August Relief Society Activities

August 6th: "Service for the Schools" ward Service Project. Meet at the Dartmouth Building from 9-11 a.m. Breakfast will be served. Please bring donations for school supplies. (See list below) We will be putting school kits together. There will also be activities for the children. All are welcome. We hope to see you there!

Items we especially need:
wide ruled notebook paper
college ruled notebook paper
wide ruled spiral notebooks
college ruled spiral notebooks
pocket folders
#2 pencils
ballpoint pens (blue and black)
backpacks

Most students will also need:
colored pencils
markers
glue and/or glue sticks
scissors (blunt and sharp)
calculators (regular and scientific)
rulers
3-ring binders
erasers
pencil bags or boxes

High School students will need:
compasses
protractors
graph paper
index cards

August 4th: Mom and Tot at Weaver Hollow Park from 10:00-12:00 p.m.

August 26th: Mom and Tot at Charlotte Tingey's Pool at 10:00 a.m.

On Wednesday night everyone met at Lynette Jones home. She taught us how to garnish plates and make your food look DELICIOUS! Thank you Lynette for a great night. She is so creative and we all had so much fun learning her tips and techniques.

Whatcha' Got Cookin'?: June 8th @ 6:30 p.m. Bring an appetizer to share and the recipe. Lynette will be teaching us about garnishing plates, and more.

Quincy Ward Relief Society Night: June 15th at 6:30 p.m. "Social Butterflies" night at the Garey's Home. Sign up to bring something for the potluck, come enjoy swimming and good company.
